Issues Uploading Stats to Sport NGIN website

Hi hope someone can assist me.

I am having a difficult time uploading game information and stats to my NGIN websites. I have used the export and my ISCORE admin website is updated but not the NGIN website. I am having the issue in both IOS and Android.

Sport Ngin will only update properly if you have used the Discover functionality to discover a game from Sport Ngin, and you use the rosters that are returned from Sport Ngin to score the game. When you then export, Sport Ngin will recognize the game and your data will be posted.

If you want to email us your customer ID and which games it is to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look on our end and pass info on to Sport Ngin as needed.
