Email Problems With Samsung Products

Have been using iScore for several years now, and never had any problem emailing from my Motorola phones (Droid and DroidX), but before this season purchased a Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet, and while able to export data to my iScorecentral account, I cannot send emails from it directly from within the iScore app itself, when connected to the Internet (not a cellular tablet).

So in order to email the game and season stats to the coach, I had to export them to my website, open iScore on my DroidX, go to "Data Sharing", grab the game, and then email from my phone. Pain in the axx, but at least doable.

Last night, I upgraded my cell phone to a Samsung Galaxy 3, had iScore load automatically with my Google account(s) transfer, grabbed 26 games via Data Sharing (wasn't able to import them for some reason), opened up the lasted game, and tried to email it.......nothing!

Opened the team's season stats, everything was correct, tried to email that to myself, and again......nothing!

Now I'm in a bit of a panic as we have three games remaining, and I have no idea of how I'm going to email the game, and season stats to the coaches and a couple of the parents who have requested them.

What's going on with this Samsung Galaxy snafu (only devices I've ever had this problem with).....and how in the heck can email to finish up this season?

Just an FYI, both the phone and tablet, send and receive emails fine, I have shut them both down and rebooted them a couple times to dump any cache problems, and even tried sending them to more than one email address.

The devices say that the emails have been sent, and identify the email address correctly in the little popup that shows up, but I've yet to receive any emails with the stats/data I need.

HELP!!!!!

Thanks in advance,
mud -

We see you have a gmail account. We have had reports this year of many gmail users having the email going to their SPAM folder. You can check there for past emails.

The simple fix is to log into your gmail account, and send an email from that account to "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com". You can just put "test" for the subject and body. By sending an email from your gmail account to our account, you are letting gmail know that "DoNotReply@iscoresports.com" is a friend, and it will stop sending the emails to SPAM.

OK, did that, but still no email......

Just something to point out. Since February I've been receiving emails from the iScore app when I sent them using my now deavtivated DroidX.

Also, I don't know if it matters or helps, but when the email sending status bar pops up, it does so showing 97% initially, and then increases from there to 100%......but when it popped up on my Droid, it was basically an empty bar, and the percentage of sending/loading increased until it hit 100%, the popup then disappeared, and I received the email a couple of seconds later (readable on the same phone, or wherever I decided to open it up....computer, or tablet).

Hope that gives you some additional info to help resolve the problem, as I really need to be able to email stats one way or another later this evening after our game.

Be sure you are running the newest version of iScore (v4.10 now on Android devices).

if you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can check our server logs for your emails. Please let us know specifically what you are emailing as well so we can try and reproduce the issue on a device here.

Version running - v4.10.428

"Export successful" from phone.

Email sent (from new phone) with ID, and what I'm trying to email from the app (last game (5/1/13) and season stats).
