Error printing Game Score card

We played our first game last night. I sent the game stats to my email. I tried printing my score card that was sent as a PDF. When I hit print it prints over 20 pages as jumbled text. When reviewing the data on the computer everything looks great. However it will not print. I've printed other documents to ensure this isn'ta printer issue and have restarted printer.

We are not sure what would cause this. It would not be something with iScore as iScore just generates the PDF. Maybe you can try downloading an updated Adobe PDF viewer? Or maybe there is an updated printer driver available for your computer?

I've updated the drivers and still getting the same error. Ive tried printing from other computer and printer and same things happens. Could the file be bad that was sent from iscore?

Are you able to view the PDF on your computer? If you are able to view it, then it seems the PDF is valid. If you want to forward the PDF to us at support@iscoresports.com, we can try viewing and printing it from a computer here.
