3rd out on the bases not ending inning

This weekend I scored some games after updating to release 4.02.307. I had a new bug pop up in every one of the four games scored. When the final out of an at bat occurs on the bases (such as caught stealing) with a batter up to bat who has not struck out, the inning does not end automatically. The scoreboard at the top shows 3 OUTS, but the batter is still up to bat.
Now this can be fixed by using the MISC menu to end the inning, but in that past that hasn't been necessary. I assume this new bug has been introduced with the update to 4. I would like iScore to automatically end the inning when the third out is made, instead of having to manually end the inning.

p.s. This bug was upsetting in the middle of a game when I couldn't get the inning to end and the next inning was about to begin. I didn't remember about the "End Inning" command since I've never had to use it before. I had to manually force the batter to get out (the 4th out of the at bat) to progress the game. I was then planning on using offensive substitutions the rest of the game to keep my batting order correct, but for some reason I could not use offensive subs, so my book was wrong for the rest of the game. Fortunately I found "End Inning" later so I rescored the game and was able to get the book corrected. I think this error should be easy to recreate, but I kept the two games that I scored without using "End Inning" just in case to help in debugging.
