When using the "Discover" feature the "Or Enter Team ID:" area does not have a submit button or anything to get the team info. I have team ID, but can't use the team browse area since they are not in a tournament yet and won't show up until they are.

Is there a fix?

When you enter the Team ID, use the Enter / Go button on the keybaord that pops up. This will submit your entry and retrieve the team.

On an iOS device, there is a "GO" button in blue on the keyboard that pops up where you type the Team ID. We entered 1890392 and tapped GO, and it shows the "SEK Cardinals" team and roster. We entered 1756258 and pressed the GO button, and we see the "Southwest Cardinals" team and roster.

I am on an android device and it is not working. Can you please test the android version and submit a bug report?

Just did the same thing on a Google Nexus android device... entered the 1890392 team ID, and pressed the GO button on the virtual keyboard that the number was entered on, and it shows the SEK Cardinals team and roster.

There is no "Go" button on an acer iconia. There is an arrow "enter Button" or I can switch to the T9 keyboard and there is a "Next" button. Neither are submitting it. A simple "submit" button in the app would make it compatible across devices and is easily done in HTML5, Live Code or whatever platform you are publishing in.

We do not know what a T9 keyboard is. Is this a hardware connected keyboard? And pressing the Enter button after typing the Team ID is not submitting / performing the search? If it is a hardware keyboard, do you have an option of using the Android built in virtual keyboard?

No it is not hardware - T9 is a keyboard version similar to that on cellular phones. It comes on all android devices under keyboard options. I just used it to also test. I used the standard built in android keyboard to begin with and it did not work. I also downloaded another keyboard app from the app store and it did not work.
