need some help

Post by KevTN » Sat Mar 16, 2013 11:20 am

just finished a game.

I can not figure out how to this fix this problem though. Runner on first. our girl hits a hard line drive that is dropped. runner advances to second and batter to first. next batter hit a long drive scores runner from second. runner that was on first went to third. here lies my problem. in the pitch to pitch it shows the two runners but when the line drive is hit the runner at first is no longer there to allow her to go to third, and will not allow me to edit it correctly. (and scores on the next batters hit (FC) thus making my score incorrect.

any help?

You can not change the base a runner wound up at post game. You can change how they reached the base, but not the base they reached. Are you saying that while scoring the game this happened? or you were trying to fix a mistake made while scoring the game?

If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID and which game/inning/players were involved, we would like to take a look a your data. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.

If you do an Options -> Export, uninstall, then reinstall, you should be able to immediately do an Options -> Import to retrieve the exported data. Just be sure to record your original customer ID in case it does change (it shouldn't, but you never know with the many Android devices that are out there).
