can't import with v4 now for some reason...

scored a few games and then exported them...now trying to import back and it won't import back...
server issue?
on iTouch with v4.00
Thoughts?
I hate the hassle of when a new version comes out...this is frustrating...can't these versions be pre-tested and debugged before being released?

We are not sure what you mean by exported them and now trying to import back. Are you saying you did an Options -> Export from your device, and now you are trying to do an Options -> Import and it is not working?

yes...used the EXPORT option then optimized my information and then trying to IMPORT it back ...and the IMPORT back isn't working.

The only thing that should cause IMPORT to fail is internet connectivity issues. There is nothing related to the 4.0 update that would cause import not to work (we have imported many customer's data to devices here over the last couple days to look at customer's data in response to questions).

support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and let us know you are having trouble importing, we can verify whether the data for your device is on our server correctly and try and import it to a device here.
