Recover Lost data

I accidentally deleted my team from last season. Is there any option for retrieving an entire team? I am guessing no, but wanted to check. All data was exported online and information is still there, but not on my phone.

All you have to do is Option -> Import.

This will replace your data with the latest export (was your last export fairly recent?)
