Homeruns not displayed on player's HIT CHART

On my iPhone, I notice that one of my player's homerun locations are not showing up on his HIT CHART. (Other player's HR's are displayed normally.) This player's other hit and out locations are also indicated normally. I went back to each game in which he homered and, sure enough, homer locations are indicated when you go inside PITCH BY PITCH. (I even re-entered a couple of them to see if that would get them to register, but no luck.)

We have never heard of this issue. If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which player it is, and which game it is, we can take a look at your data to see what is going on. Keep in mind the hit charts only show the last 25 or 50 hit locations --- if the home runs were beyond that range, they will not be seen.
