It looks like I can no longer import roster data for new teams from Nations Baseball. I use data sharing to find the team from Nations using the format "nations:team#". That successfully finds the team. When I try to import the team, the team name and manager name are imported, but the roster is blank.

I've seen this on multiple teams, so it is not limited to a specific team. This was working a couple of weeks ago.

We have not changed anything in iScore. Maybe Nations has changed something. If you email us the specific "nations:team#" you are trying to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look and see what is going on.

I have sent you a PM with an example team that is not importing the roster.

Thank you. We will look into this and respond to your PM. We do not check the PM's as often as the support email address we had suggested you send it to.

Nations did make a change that made our imports stop working. We have now fixed that issue.

It does not require an update - we made the change on our server to handle the change to their data.
