I purchased a subspriciont for iScore Baseball Scorekeeper for iPad, TruMedia Advanced Baseball Analytics. It was not very clear that the analytic data is not stored on the iPAD. I need the data for the game, and it is stored external, I just have a wifi iPAD. This app is useless to me. How can I ask for refund. I may by the web based up you have for analytics instead, so at least I can print out info. thanskd

The TruMedia system is an internet based service. You can get the information through the Admin Website as well (
http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, there will be a link next to each player when you have the TruMedia subscription, and you can print from there if you would like.)
If it is not working out for you, email us at
support@iscoresports.com and we can step you through cancelling.

I am not a rep for either product, but am sorry you found tru media not satisfactory. . I have found the app to be great when connected to an internet source. very extensive data. no one else comes close.
If not cost prohibitive for you, if you can get your ipad hooked up to a wi fi hot spot at the field, you can have the data with you and I think will find it pretty slick. Especially if yoy track detailed pitch by pitch info.
