I just purchased iscore For the new iPad, usually when I purchase a new app from iTunes it automatically loads to my iPhone too. Do I have to purchase it for both devices or is there something I'm doing wrong

Universal apps will load to the iPhone, but not apps specifically for the iPad. For example, if you purchase "Angry Birds HD", it will not load onto your iPhone as it is for iPad only. Just like that app, we have an iPhone Version and an iPad version. The iPhone version is a separate purchase.
