OBP and RPA calculations

What is the calcuation of these two stats? I thought they were pretty self-explanatory, but I have some quirky results I don't understand.
Player 1 has two at-bats; first is a ground out, second is a sac bunt with error. She scores a run with the sac bunt and then later scores herself. RPA = 1 when I thought it would be 0.5, and OBP = 0 when I thought it would be 0.5.
Player 2 has two at bats; first is a ground out, second is a single with an RBI. She later scores. Her RPA is 1, not 0.5, and her OBP is .5, which I agree with.
Thanks.

RPA = (runs scored + rbis - home runs) / (plate appearances)
for Player 1, (1 + 1 - 0) / 2 = 1.
for Player 2, (0 + 1 - 0) / 2 = 0.5
OBP = (hits + walks + hit by pitch) / (at bats + walks + hit by pitch + sac flies)
for Player 1, (0 + 0 + 0) / (1 + 0 + 0 + 0) = 0 (sacrifice bunts do not count as an at bat, and ROE dos not count as reaching base for OBP)
for Player2, (1 + 0 + 0) / (2 + 0 + 0 + 0) = 0.5

One follow-up question. Player one, who reached base on error with a sac but has a zero ROE stat. Is there a special calculation for that one that does not include sac bunts?

Shouldn't RPA Player be = 1?
( 1RBI + 1 Run-0HR)/2Plate appearances = 1

@team mom - the Sac Bunt supersedes the ROE. If we counted an ROE, it would count as an At Bat. Because it was a Sacrifice, the player gets credit for that and the fact that they reached on error is not counted in statistics.
@OhioTex - did not notice the "she later scores"... so yes, if she was credited with an RBI and a R, then RPA should be 1.
