Two devices and my.iscorecentral.com not working right

Hi,
I have two devices, a tablet and a phone, which I track stats on. When I run out of battery on the tablet, I switch to the phone. Anyway, on my tablet is my main tracking of our team and I set everything up with it, including a team website. I used my own email address for this. Then I added the second device, and used my same email address so now I see both devices on both 'userids' for iScore. Problem is now, I have not maintenance capability on the website, nor can I remove either device from either site. I also cannot change the email address on either account (should I need to).
This appears to be a problem on the website only. The devices are working fine and export to the respective userids fine.
Also after I joined the two devices using the same email address, I created a player website. This went successfully through Paypal, but no player website was created. The charge shows on my PayPal account as paid.
Can someone help please?
Q: How do I remove one of two devices on the same userid? What if I need to add a third device, and remove one of the original two?
Q: Why doesn't the email address allow me to make a change?
Q: Why didn't the Player Website get created? Where/how to I get this created or a refund? (prefer it be created)
