Unrecognized Customer ID

I just tried logging into our my.iscorecentral, and got a message "Unrecognized Customer ID". I haven't changed anything. I checked my customer and am putting in the correct one.

Do an Options -> Export from iScore to send your latest data to the server and you should then be able to log in.
