Game missing on iPad app

I had a game on 7/11 that was scored on my iPad. Tis was during the server outage. I synched the game, exported and imported my database to the website and now the games gone from my iPad and from the website. However, under the admin website the of the 7/11 game is still there. How do Ii get the game restored to my iPad? Thanks.

It sounds like it is probably in a league you currently have disabled. Try going to League Manager on your device and make sure the All league has a check next to it, then go back to your game list and see if the game then appears.

Nope, that is not it unfortunately. The game does to appear in my synched games queue either. I believe that my iPad was overwritten by the export/import process after the server outage was recovered. This game was payed during the outage. I did an export, optimize database, then import when the server came back and the game was then gone from my iPad. It is not on the team website or iscorecast site either. It is listed under the admin website though. How do I restore the game to my iPad... Or to the website or sync with my iPad? Thanks for the help.

CORRECTION to my last post: the 7/11 game does not appear on my iPad or on the team website. It does appear on iscorecast.com and it does appear on the admin website under the iscorecast section. I would like to get the game restored to my iPad and the team website. Any thoughts on how I can do so? Thanks.

You can data share the game from the iscorecast server. Customer id would be "SC:xxxxxxxxxx" where x's are you customer ID, password is your regular password.

Thanks for the tip @mprusak. I followed the process described in your post and was planning to transfer via internet from the web database. Only problem is there are "No new games" showing in the Games list for transfer. Do you have any other tips? I am trying to avoid manually rebuilding the game by starting over, but will do that if I have to. The problem doing that is the date and time are wrong, the time of game is wrong, etc. But, small price to pay to get my stats to reflect accurately. Thanks again.

That sounds like the game games exists on your device already then (it wont find games that already exist).

I know FTM already had you check your leagues, but are you sure that isnt it ?

Otherwise, I'm not sure...

Unfortunately, I am positive it is not there. It does not show up in the synch queue either. This happened after the server crash on 7/11. the game synched and made it to the server. It disappeared from my iPad after an export/import after the iscore servers restored from the crash. Thanks for the tips though.

If you do an Options -> Export and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and remind us in the email which game it is, we can take a look at your data.
