Earned run logic

I have an inning where the earned run logic is incorrect. Here's the scenario:

1st Batter: Leadoff single
2nd Batter: Walk (runners now on first and second)
3rd Batter: Error on ground the first base, bases now loaded, zero outs (without error, it would have been 2nd and 3rd with one out)
4th Batter: HBP, run scores, bases still loaded
5th Batter: strikeout, bases still loaded, one out (should be 2 without the error)
6th Batter: sac fly to right field, runner from 3rd score, two outs (should be 3)
7th Batter: fly out, inning over

iscore is giving the pitcher 2 runs allowed, 1 earned. It should be zero earned runs, without the HBP, first would be open, and no run would have scored, then the strikeout and fly would have ended the inning.

Am I wrong in my logic?

You can edit the stats directly by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, selecting Pitching Stats, then tap the ER value for the pitcher and reduce the earned runs by one. iScore will get earned runs correct most of the time, but there will be occasions where scorekeeper's judgment may be involved where iScore can not get it correct, and this manual override allows you to account for that.
