The indicator (to the right of first base in the diagram) which shows the batter's previous at-bat history isn't updating when the batter changes. It still shows the previous batter's data until you record an in-play or an out. However, if you touch the at-bat indicator it updates for the new batter.

Yes, there is a "screen refresh" issue that causes it to sometimes not update. We have this on our list of things to update.
