Fielders choice and run not scored

Bases loaded, two out, batter hits to third baseman, who touches third base to end inning. I scored it In Play > Fielders Choice > Ball to third base area > Third baseman involved in out > Runner at third held up (I previously had a problem with the run counting when I advanced the runner to home) > Runner at second forced out.
Well, as I went to the next inning I noticed it still counted the run as scoring. So I edited the play and this time a button was there for run did not score. I edited that in.
However, while it took a run out of the inning, it still showed the extra run in the game score. I asked it to recalculate. No change. In fact, when I went to the bottom of the next inning (the team I was trying to fix was the home team), I saw it counting a run in the inning-by-inning count for that next inning, even though no one had even batted yet in the inning. Pitch by pitch doesn't seem to show any stray run.
The final stats are right. It shows only six runs scored by the home team, which is what they scored. But the result still shows them scoring seven.
