Cummulative stats - error message

We have 6 teams in our league.
Each time we do the "cumulative stats" and send them through email, they are received properly except for one specific team (each time) from which the following message in french comes up at the opening of the file :
" ERREURS D'IMPORTATION HTML
Des problèmes sont survenus pendant le chargement dans les domaines suivants :
. Paramètres du classeur (Excel file)
Un fichier journalrépertoriant les avertissements de chargement a été créé et enregistré à l'emplacement suivant : Copernic:private:var:folders:63:burmxgq5sncqg_n8h0000gn:T:TemporaryItems:Html.log.
CANCEL or OK "
If we clic on OK, we get the Excel file without any error
It always happens with the same team. No such "error message" with the 5 others teams
How can we fix that bug?
(Note : when we bought iScore, we asked for the french version as it was publicised and we received the english version)
