Post-game edits to Line-up and offensive subs not reflected

Here's a specific oddity for you experts out there.
Problem: I've made edits in the pitch-by-pitch; but iScore is not reflecting the right batters; it's batting order doesn't match the (edited) line-up. For example, the (revised) pitch-by-pitch shows Batter1 batting after Batter9, whereas it should show Batter10 batting after Batter9, to match the (edited) starting line-up; for some reason, it won't show Player10 as batting. The issue is also reflected in the batting stats which show zero plate appearances for Batter10, whereas he was up twice. Other batters' stats are off too.
History/Likely cause: My original starting line-up had an error: it showed one player as batting=no, even though we bat all 10 players. So, during the game, I noticed the iScore batter didn't match the boy at the plate. I should have fixed the starting line-up. But not knowing that at the time, I did offensive substitutions every time I noticed the 'wrong' player at bat.
Then post game, I fixed everything. First, I fixed the starting line-up: I changed the non-batting player to batting. Then I fixed the several offensive substitution entries by negating them (i.e., changing them so it reflected "subs = none") [note, in order to get the offensive subs features to appear, I had to add a non-batting Dummy Temp player to the starting line up -- a trick I learned about in the Forum].
In short, I made several changes to the pitch-by-pitch entries, and I believe I made the changes correctly and that iScore supports those post-game changes. But those changes are not correcting the problem of showing the wrong batters at bat. It is my understanding, the post-game changes I made should have fixed the issue.
Can you please advise how I might correct the game?
FYI, I have email'ed same details (and customer ID) to support@ .
Thanks much!
