IScorecast

I was scoring a game today with my iPad, and the game did not appear for viewing via iScorecast. iScorecast was enabled and I hadn't changed anything since scoring yesterday and the games transmitted then. Any ideas?

If you can email us your customer ID to
support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look at your account to see if we can find anything. You can go to Game Manager, select the game, and scroll down to "i-ScoreCast Synchronize" to force the game up to the iScorecast server now. The only thing we know of that can cause a game not to appear would be internet connectivity issues.

Any Update on this issue? Friend scoring with IPad has same problem.

No. I did learn that hitting the synchronization option within the game will manually force the game to transmit to iScorecast. I'm still at a lost as to what the problem was though. I don't believe mine was a Internet/connectivity issue as I was able to receive emails. I was also able to transmit games after and before the game that gave me problems. At any rate, it seems the synchronization option is the best solution for now. Take care.
