Game sounds won't come on

For some reason I cannot get my game sounds to come back on. They were working a few games ago. I turned them off temporarily but now I cannot get them to come back on. My volume on the iPad is maximized and I've tried multiple times to touch the "on" part of the game sounds section. I've turned off completely the iPad and restarted. Still no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If the sounds are turned on, but you still do not hear "ball" or "strike" when tapping them in the scoring screen, the only thing we can think of is volume being down too low or the speaker being muted on your device. You can try completely exiting iScore and restarting as well. Go to the Home screen on your iPad, double tap the home button so the running apps show in the tray at the bottom, place your finger on the iScore icon and hold it there until the red minus sign "-" appears, and tap that to close iScore, then re-open it.

Thanks for your prompt response. You have great customer service! The problem was my own with my iPad. I had mistakenly turned on the mute button on the side of the iPad. I've corrected that and now the sounds again work perfectly. I scored a game today. I jokingly told a friend who was watching me that the app allowed you to choose from different voices.....Harry Kalas, Harry Carey, Phil Rizzuto. I know this seems ridiculous but any chance of adding a feature where you can choose different voices for the game sounds?

We will add the request to our enhancement list, but not sure if we can get the rights to use their voices in the app.

Again, many thanks for your great and prompt customer service. I agree that you likely wouldn't be able to get specific voices. Some random voice choices might be fun but ultimately really not necessary. Also, you might want to know that I've convinced our local newspaper, the Reading Eagle, to do a feature article looking at the new electronic options for scoring baseball games and compare/contrast this with the old school book and pencil method. It is supposed to come out later this month and I plan to show them the iScore app as the best electronic option.

That sounds great. If there is a link when the story comes out, let us know.
