Runs/Earned Runs in the stats are off

My league doesn't play with errors, so every run is earned. I just used iScore for the first time in a while and wanted to send out the stats to the players after the games. But the pitching stats were off. The score of one game was 9-4, but in the stats, the pitching staff that gave up 9 runs was only adding up to 7 runs.

Is there a way to go in and correct this manually? The play by play is correct. For example, in another game, the pitcher walked two guys, then gave up a 3-run homer. In the linescore and batting stats, this is accounted for. But in the pitching stats, it shows that that pitcher only gave up 2 runs.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I'd rather not have to send out stats manually, since this is the only problem I've encountered so far, and I really like the way the rest of the stats/player cards are done.

If the Runs for a pitcher are not adding up to the runs in the game, the only issue we can think of is having runs score while a pitcher is not assigned. Are you saying the "Runs" column is not totaling up to the Runs Scored by the opposite team? Or are you saying the Earned Runs (ER) column is not adding up? We show both for the pitcher stats.

It happened in both games I scored. Pitchers were assigned in both instances. One happened in the first inning. One happened in the last. The play by play lists the pitcher's names and everything. For one of the games, last inning, the line score shows 5 runs scored, but only 3 show up against that pitcher for runs and earned runs allowed. The final score was 9-4, but looking at the Pitchers stats, the runs allowed only adds up to 7.

Any other ideas on what happened?

Okay, thanks. I exported the data. My customer ID is D645BD81DF. I'll send an email too. I noticed that the scorebook also had the incorrect runs, but I'm not sure how to edit that. Appreciate the help!
