Cannot synch for today's game

In trying to synch the rosters for today's game, I received a message feeling me I needed the 2012 package. I went to options and purchased. However, although it says current in the options menu, when I try to synch it still tells me I need to purchase. Please help!

It sounds like you probably have the 2011 rosters on your device as well, and created the game with the 2011 rosters. To fix, follow these steps:
1. Go to League Manager and remove the check marks next to the 2011 rosters
2. Create a new game from the 2012 teams that are now visible (2011 teams are now hidden because of step 1)
3. Perform the sync
The Sync only works when you have created the game from the 2012 teams, and without disabling the 2011 teams, it is easy to accidentally select one of them when creating a game.
