I am a long-time (3 years) experienced iscore user. I am scorekeeper for high school team. Reviewing season stats today, I noticed that the GDP stat is not reflecting properly. I reviewed the scoring of one particular play that I scored as a 6-4-3 double play, and it is not showing up in the batting stats for that batter in the GDP column. To test to be sure I was scoring properly, i set up a fake game and the same situation - one out, runner on first, 6-4-3 double play. I scored it for the batter as an out - grounder, out 6-4-3 and marked the runner on first out by double play. this showed up in the GDP column on the fake game. Is there a reason it would not show up on the other game? I cannot see where I scored the two any differently. thanks for your help.

It seems it would have to have been scored differently or should show up the same. A common mistake is to not use the Double Play button as the way the runner got out, or maybe you had hit type as Line Drive instead of Ground Ball? You can review the Pitch by Pitch detail of each game and compare the text and see if it is identical. In edit mode, you can also re-enter the sequence and make sure Ground Ball was selected.
