iScorecast problems

First game of the season yesterday....the iScorecast stopped transmitting in the 3rd inning....after the game I did an i-Scorecast Synchronize but when I go to the iScore interface it says waiting for game to start....I wanted to watch the game again but it wont start
Advice?

If you can email us at
support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID (found on Options screen), and which game it is, we can take a look and see what is going on.

I had a similar experience today. Game came up fine and got into first inning and just stuck there. What do I do?

This is happening to me as well today. Each time my wife (who is keeping score) hits synchronize, I get updated to that point, but then it freezes again so I can't 'watch' the game.
I haven't seen this happen before. Is something going on in FTM land?
