Unable to Email Statistics

Email Statistics appears to be doing nothing. Here's what happens. I select a completed game, bringing up the Game Info screen. I tap the Email button on the bottom left of the screen. The Email Statistics window comes up. I type an address into the Email to box. I tap Send. Nothing happens. The window remains exactly as it was. Same thing happens if i tap the Cancel button instead of Send. The window remains exactly as it was. To get the Email Statistics window to go away, I have to use the previous screen button on my phone.

Phone is a Droid 2 running Android 2.3.3. iScore is v3.42.307.

We just tried on an Android device here and are not seeing this issue. We would recommend going to Settings, Applications, select iScore, and tap Force Stop. Then try opening it again and sending your email.

I've tried force stopping. I've also tried completely shutting down my phone. The behavior is the same every time. The only thing that results in different behavior is if I do not type any address into the Email to field. In that case, the Cancel button works as expected. The Send button acts like it is sending something.

Are you trying to use the slide out keyboard? We have heard that using a slide out keyboard can cause strange issues like this. Try using the screen instead of the keyboard and see if that works.

I'm having the same type issue on my Kindle Fire.

I always e-mail the coaches the stats after the game. Never had a problem with it before until tonight. In the game info screen, I hit the e-mail button, and entered in the e-mail address of one of the coaches like I always do and hit send. When I do it gets to 97%, but won't go all the way thru. I then get the "e-mail failed to send, please try again later" message.

As I stated earlier, I've never had this problem before, and my Wi-Fi is working fine. Please help. Thanks in advance.

We just verified that the device was reporting email failed, but the emails should have actually been being sent.

We have fixed this false failure report, and you should now see the Email Sent message.
