I keep getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to access my iScoreCast. Is the server down or is this an issue with my browser?

There was a period of about 10 minutes earlier today where the 403 Forbidden error was occurring on our server. That should not be happening now.

Is the iScorecentral server down?
