Could not change date of game

Today, I started playing with the app I purchased yesterday. I wanted to get familar with it so got out my scorebook and began entering the game.

I noticed that while the app appeared as though I could change the date, when saving and moving on it came back with todays date Foster vs El Campo although I changed the date to 3/24/08.

Am I missing something here? Can I not enter in previous games played using my old scorebook and have the date of the game reflected?

You can change dates in the Game Manager if you go to the details of a game.

Yes, that worked. For some reason, when I originally entered in the *new* game, it came up with the date for today and as hard as I tried could not change it. It is changed now.

tip / reminder on how to change the start and end time

game manager> click on your game (past or present) > SCROLL TO BOTTOM of page to see the start and end times, click on start or end and it brings up the screen with 'rolling wheels' to change day, date, and time ..
