Import "Unsuccessful"...

The data could not be imported. However your existing data was untouched.
Why is this happening, have never seen it before and how do I fix this? I first exported my existing version and then used the admin website to add several teams and rosters to an existing league. I have tried 3 times to get the import to work. Just trying to get all of the work I did back on the iPad...please help!

The only thing that would cause this type of issue is internet connectivity problems. Be sure you have a good internet connection (WiFi is preferred over 3G). You can also try powering your device off completely and then back on to re-establish your internet connection.

nevermind...I completely shut down the app on my ipad and it is working now.

I'm having the same problem. I tried sending email to the support address but it's either not getting through or is being junked. The iScore twitter account reported to me last night after I asked for an update that the support account had no outstanding issues.
In my case, I had to replace my iPhone about a month ago. I backed my phone up before changing and restored from the backup but did not notice that my iScore data was missing until I went to update the roster with new players in anticipation of using the app this weekend. So, I checked online and my data was still present in the my.iscorecentral.com archive. I tried importing it but get the "Unsuccessful. The data could not be imported. However your existing data was untouched." error message.
I tried restarting the app and rebooting my phone (iPhone 4s running the latest iOS and iScore 3.44.241) but that has not helped.
Any ideas?

We can transfer your data from your old device account to your new device. Please do an Options -> Export from within iScore on your NEW device, and email us at
support@iscoresports.com (we did not see anything in junk mail last night) with both your old and new Customer ID, and we can transfer the data over for you. You can also private message us here (the pm button) with the information if email is not working for some reason.
