Memory Issue

Hello again. I seem to be having a heck of a time loading games when I want to score and about half the time it will crash in the middle of a game. I have a ton of leagues (at least 15) with most having 26-30 teams and full rosters. I know that is a lot of data. Is there a way to streamline this without deleting information? Thanks in advance!

I doubt the issue is the size of the iscore database.

I have scored hundreds of games over three years and as iscore users go have a fairly large data base i beieleive at 115MB on my itouch. although it takes up more space than angry birds it is far less than dictionary, spongebob or uno. or a few mp3 songs.

what device are you using? what you may have is applications running in the back ground that need closing.

If you are continuing to have crashes, first make sure you are on the latest version of iScore (you can check for updates in the App Store on your device). Next, you should try a full reboot of the device to clear memory that may be used by other applications (RAM, not storage space). This is especially noticeable on older iPhones / iPod Touches, but can also happen on occasion with iPads. Here is a URL that describes how to do a reset:

Thanks, as always, for the response. I have a first gen iPad. I will try to reset. I usually close all the background apps before scoring since I know it will be kind of tedious. But, knowing that people have more info than I have makes me think a device reset will work. Thanks again!

what iOS are you on? if on latest iOSm you can see how much space each app takes up

settings > general > usage > show all apps
