Why our opponents teams have no stats at all but one team. Also thos teams which do not have stats does not have players cards either. My question is why?

It sounds like you probably created Lineups for your opponents, but not rosters. Team Stats only appear for teams that have Rosters.

To copy your lineups to rosters for the teams, go to Game Manager, select a game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the Game Starts event, tap Edit next to Starting Lineup, select the correct team, then tap Options, Copy Lineup -> Roster.

You should then be able to view stats for that team.

I am having this issue too. I have scored just two games, the cumulative stats show up for one of our opponents - but my team's cumulative stats show all zeros and one of our opponents also show all zeros. I was able to "Export" successfully, and import and still see no cumulative stats. I think the team name was changed from the original entered name. I followed the steps outlined in this post concerning the Rosters and verify that the teams have Rosters associated for them. Also, I created a league called "2012" and made sure all the roster members, teams and games pointed to it. Lastly, when I log into the web site Admin - I do not see the games when I select my team from the teams drop down. I only see the games when I select "Games" from the primary menu.

In your case, it sounds like you are filtering out data by your league selection. Go to League Manager in iScore, and make sure there is a check mark next to the All league, then go back to Team Manager, and select your team and view stats.

Yes, the All league is checked. Those are the only two leagues in the list.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore) to support@iscoresports.com and explain in the email what you are seeing, and what you expect to see, we will take a look at your data and see what is going on.
