modifying a game after it's complete

Post by dversch » Sat Sep 10, 2011 10:22 am

Worked with iScore today for the first time. A little rough at first, but once i got the hang of it, it went fine. Somehow though, although we used two pitchers today who each went 3 innings, the pitching stats show only the second pitcher, and attribute all of the stats to him. I probably screwed something up during the game, but my question is, can i somehow go into a game that's been completed and modify it so that the correct pitcher gets credited for the first three innings and all stats accordingly?

Thanks.

It sounds like you put in the new pitcher by editing the lineup instead of doing a substitution. Be sure to watch training video 3 at http://iscorsports.com/baseball/training.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to see how substitutions are supposed to be done.

You can fix this by going to the Pitch by Pitch editing for the game, and editing the starting lineup to have the original pitcher in the game, then scroll down to the spot where the new pitcher should have come into the game, and add him as a substitution. All of the stats will automatically be updated.

Here is a URL that describes post game editing in more detail:
