Lost last three games

Played three games this week end. Scored all three complete games then did and EXPORT and have lost all three games. What is happening? Can the data be recovered?

That happened to me, as well, this weekend. In fact, all four games were on the website following our tournament (I know, because the other coach and I were discussing the data while looking at it). Later in the day (Sunday) this weekend's games were still listed but all associated data had disappeared. I reuploaded everything and it seems to be fine now.

similar experience.. either we all are going crazy or something very unusual did happened on FTM team site servers over the weekend / sunday. But Worry not, it is all recoverable, nothing lost permanently
The good news is, a re export (and re email score card and re iscore cast synch) seems to correct everything. in two plus years, I have never seen this happen before, I am confident FTM will investigate and let us know what they find out.
FYI - not only may you need to re export, you may need to resend email (to get scorecard posted) and re iscorecast synch, to get iscorecast posted).
for FTM reference.
I closed out my games saturday night about 10pm eastern) (iscore synch, email score cards, export).
I closed out my sunday games about 7pm eastern ((iscore synch, email score cards, export).
On Monday at 9am eastern, neither my saturday games nor my sunday games were on web site.
I re exported at about 9:30am, and all the games are back, but only the sunday games had scorecards and iscorecast. the saturday games did not have iscorecast or scorecards.
(used same device, iPad, both days, saturday games were for one team site, and sunday for another)
Expect FTM will respond to the community when they know more

I really hope it is not all lost. The data is neither on the web site or my ipad.

I understand your worry, but also would say hold out high hopes for recovery if you did export and have not scored any games since then. If you exported once, FTM has the ability to go back a few versions and recover. So hang on.
Please do not re export or import , until, FTM has a chance to respond
I understand the data not on the team site, but am confused by you saying No data on your device. ? did you manually delete it (not a good idea) or do an option > import? If not data should still be on your device, . double check with ALL league on in league manager.

@jckramer - are you saying the games are lost from your device? or just saying they are not appearing on your website now? If they are lost on your device, please email us direct at
support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID and we can restore an old export for you. If they are not appearing on your website, try an Options -> Export one more time and see if they now appear.

The support at iscore came through. With some frustration on my part when the export was not working I believe I did an import, which cleared the games from my ipad. Support was able to recover my games and everything is good. Thanks again.
