Pitcher Change Pitch Count

At the beginning of the game today, we planned on pitching our starter for two innings, and then changing. So I preset the positions.

In the top of the 3rd, we decided to keep our starter in.

However when I changed the pitcher back to the starter it reset the pitch count, when it should have picked it up where we left off.

This has been fixed for our next release. We should be submitting the next update very soon.
