Player stats not correct

Hello,
I love using iScore for my own team. But there is something I have trouble with. One of my player stats is not correctly updated. For example: he has played 7 games, but only 3 are shown with his stats.
Does anyone have any idea how this happened or someone with the same thing here that knows what to do??
Thx
Drez

Here are the things to verify:
1. Go to League Manager and make sure the "All" league is selected
2. Go to Player Manager, and make sure the same players are not showing multiple times. Sometimes people create a player multiple times which would mean they are each their own player. There can be two John Smiths in a league --- iScore has an internal ID for each player. If you see multiple of the same player, you can use Merge to combine them back into one.
3. Go to Game Manager, and make sure all the games have an "F" next to them (meaning Final). iScore only calculates the stats when the game is over. If you have any games that do not have an "F", go into the game as if you are going to score it. Then use Misc -> End Game.

Have you ever deleted players from your device? Like maybe you noticed a player appeared twice, and instead of merging, you deleted the player?

That may be the case. But still, all the stats are still there in the previous games. Isn't there a way to extract them, and merge them with the player?

I just took a look at previous games. The player is stil in the roster. The 'lost' stats are still there. But somehow he doesn't show up on the stats page.

Is the player still in the player manager?

Let's first make sure we are talking about on the app not the team web site ..
(If on the team site, do an option export to make web site match device)
If On device, I am still betting a league issue.
In league manager, make sure ALL league has a check on it.
Please double confirm "all league" enabled with check mark. I bet that is it.
Next go to player manager and confirm, not two versions of player..
Assuming no duplicates to merge, go to player manager and review player card, find out what games he is missing from..
Now for each problem game, let's replace the fake john smith with real John smith..game by game, go to pitch by pitch ...game starts, edit starting line up..(add in the real John smith, in place of the disappear john smith..in exact same place in line up..)
Now check player manager player card, should see the game their now
Re do for each game..

Thanx for the replies.
@OhioTex: All the things you mention are checked. I was thinking of doing it manually like you said. I'll let you know if all worked out.

so we are definitely talking about team stats and player card stats on the device.
then i am really thinking you must have duplicated/deleted the player along the way.
as we are only talking a few games,
for each game, manually add new version for old version of player in starting line uo
steps: Game Manager, Select game, Pitch by Pitch, Game Starts, Edit starting line up, home/away. add player ( pick from player manager list using add player button. 'remove' the old player (minus sign) from the line up. Make sure new player in same batting order position as previous player in starting line up and make sure bat = yes. Do an Option Copy line up to roster while in starting line up edit.
also if you track fielding positions, review each inning to be sure the new player is where he is suppose to be and no 'question mark (?)' players.
do this for each game.
after each game, save, re synch iscorecast, re send scorebook by email, re options export if you want to update your web site and iscorecast.
you can test the progress at any time by going to player manager, and selecting the player and reviewing their player card for games included in stats. you can also keep reviewing team stats in team manager.
