Game data jumbled

I have a game that used to be part of my cumulative statistics. But I added more games and when I ran the cumulative stats one earlier game was not included. The game is still there but the batting stats, pitching stats, and fielding stat screens are blank. The play by play screens still show the data, and the scorecard has some marks, but not the names or the grid. Kind of strange. Not sure if I can get the stats back. Looking for some help.

In the Game Manager list, is there an "F" next to the game (meaning it is finished)?
If you tap the game, and open the Batting Stats for one of the teams, then tap "Recalc" in the upper right, does that fix anything?
If that does not address the issue, if you can do an Options -> Export and email us back with your Customer ID (found on Options screen), and let us know which game you are having troubles with. Send email to

Hey guys, I'm having a similar problem. I've done all the steps that I could find mentioned in other topics (made sure that ALL was selected in the league list, recalc'ed batting stats for one team, The game has gone Final so there is an "F" on the game manager list), but I'm getting no stats for the team, and the scorebook pages have no names, numbers, or positions. The data was accurate during the game and during the iScorecast (
http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... 85036f0ca5" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) but now as the game is over, the app doesn't know who played, even though the winning and losing pitchers were able to be assigned.
Thanks for your help!

ETA: I just looked at the team website (trial, we're thinking about it) and the play-by-play for the game shows the names accurately. The box score for the game correctly shows the pitchers, but has no stats for them, and no other players names are mentioned.
