i always score games and thus am unable to monitor live scorecasts. neither do i view replays. i was told that there were so many missing plays in the iscorecast replays and so had to see it myself. it was sooo true! missing plays and erroneous reporting of plays. has there been a separate thread on this? also, for some items (not a lot - lest you might think that this is the reason for the errors) were i did undo the action, im sure that the live scorecase will reflect the original play right? how about the replay? will the correct action now show? thanks!

I have not seen any posts to date regarding iScorecast errors due to using undo. I have seen posts in which internet connectivity has been an issue and recently a report in which the internal device clock is off a partial second from the phone tower (not sure what it is called where the internet connection comes from). I will try to find the thread but I think the resolve was to turn the clock auto sync off on your device.

Internet connectivity is the only issue we have heard of causing iScorecast issues. If you go to Game Manager, select your game, and do an iScorecast Synchronize, it will resend the game and fill in the missing plays.
Our next release actually adds retries internally for missed iScorecast events, and also makes iScorecast Synchronize a LOT faster.

part two of original question.. actually iscorecast will indicate both the original play and then the update. iscore cast will indicate something like "updateing or correcting" when you do an undo. (I can not recall the specific prompt, but it will notify viewers of both original and then updated )

thx. the tip on iscorecast synchronize was a helpful one so i did it and reviewed the replay and it's all good! i think the live feed errors may have in fact been caused by the poor internet connection. thx again!
