In out past couple of tournaments, I have started entering location (i.e. name of Park) on the initial game screen as part of my game set-up. The problem I have had each time is that after entering the park location and closing the keypad indicator, the rest of the game screen information, teams, play button, etc, are no longer there. I have to exit out of that screen and re-enter the newly created game in order to start. Seems like I should just be able to start without the extra step. I suspect it is a small software bug.

FWIW, I use an ipad.

Try pressing the "Return" button on the keyboard instead of the "hide keyboard" button after entering the location.

I'll try that this weekend and let you know. Thanks.

TeamMon - FYI - I have found this tip "use return key instead of close keyboard" of value in number of places on the iPad in iscore.

examples, on game info screen...Return when changing game name helps it save. return when entering game information location/weather/ notes, helps screen not freeze (scroll up down works after return) . just a good habit to try and get into Return vs keyboard hide on ipad
