Bad Stats?

First of all, I love iScore.

With that out of the way, I just noticed one statistic was off in the game I just scored. We scored 6 runs, but 7 runs are accounted for in the statistics. The scorecard is right (I verified against a paper copy), but for some reason a player was credited with an extra run scored. Every other statistic on his line looks right - there's just an extra run there for some reason. The same run appears in the opposing pitcher's stats (he gave up 7 runs, even though we only scored 6).

How would I go about fixing this?

We would have to see your data to see what is doing this. If you can do an Options->Export from within iScore, and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen) to support@iscoresports.com and tell us which game/player is not showing correctly, we can take a look.

@ hurtkl

Please email to support, they are terrific about investigating unexpected things like this to determine root cause and fixes if systemic issues exist

In the mean time, you can manually adjust the subject player and pitchers run count stats by tapping in the cell and editing from game manager > game > team batting and team pitching stats as needed..
