hitting lines shown in foul territory on batter charts

How come when i score a ball hit to right field it shows up in foul territory on the batter charts? How do I fix this?

I have noticed that this happens to me when I "THINK" I tapped the screen for the location, but I actually did not and it places the ball near where the "next" button is. The placement is put there because that is when I "tap" the screen for "next".
I found that I have to really pay attention when I enter the location of the ball, as well as when hitting balls & strikes, etc. All of the issues have happened this way, to me. Human error, I say.

me too - human error. . miss tap some times on screen when going to next..

remember: when you notice this after a game, you can go back and edit the location in pitch by pitch .
