bought a new iphone 4

purchased the 2011 rosters package for 20.00 back in early march, worked fine.

bought a new iphone 4 and it now asks me for another 20.00

this same thing happened last year and i got screwed out of 20.00 when you guys said i needed a receipt and i couldnt find one, luckily i saved my receipt from the apple store this time.

please fix this problem

Our policy is we will always copy the rosters to multiple devices on the same account. In fact, you just emailed us in support, and we sent our responses from last year where we did the exact same thing (transferred your data to multiple devices).

All we need is an email asking to transfer the rosters from the original device to a new device with the customer IDs of each device, and it is never a problem.
