Exporting data

I have a very hard time exporting data. A lot more often than not, I get an error message that says "Unsuccessful. The data could not be exported." What am I doing wrong???

This likely means your internet connection to our server is not that great. If you have been scoring for a long time, you may have a lot of games on your device (we see you joined over a year ago), and that would require a larger transfer of data so means your internet connection would have to be very good. You will probably get best results exporting over WiFi.

As repetitive as it sounds, I find a "slide to power off" often helps. (even on wifi).
btw. you can now get a report out of your iscore data base size on the admin web site tune up page
