Existing schedule and player numbers

Here's my situation. I created a league and filled in the names for players on all the teams. I did not know numbers, so I left them as 0. Next, I scheduled games for my team for the entire season. Now that I know the player numbers for my team, I went into team manager and edited the roster to add player numbers, positions, and the correct line up. If I create a new game, all that information shows up correctly. However, if I start a game that I had previously scheduled, the old information (0 for all player numbers, incorrect lineup, etc) is brought up at the start of the game. I've even tried fixing it at this point and copying lineup to roster, but any previously scheduled games still use the old roster information. Am I missing something here? This is getting pretty frustrating. Do I have to go back and reschedule all the future games and will I have to do this every time I change information for other teams? Is it best to not schedule all games for the season?

I believe I just found my answer on another post. The game will use the roster available at the time it was scheduled-not the roster as it currently exists when you actually hit play to start the game, correct? If this is the case, it seems pre-scheduling games would be a bad idea unless all teams' rosters are perfect prior to scheduling the season.
Perhaps this would be an enhancement request. Allow a prescheduled game to pull the teams' rosters from current information when play is selected if possible.

You are correct... when you create a game, the roster is copied as the default lineup at the time the game is created. We will add copying roster to lineup at game time as an enhancement request. It only takes a few seconds to create a new game, so that is also an option.

I agree that it only takes a few seconds to create a game, and that's probably what I'll start doing. I like to use the program as a schedule too, though, so I can view all upcoming games.
I appreciate y'all considering this as an enhancement and thanks for such a great program. Wish I'd bought it a long time ago. it's so well done that I can actually keep up with scoring a game while coaching a base.
