Game data corruption

Post by Jck339 » Mon Mar 21, 2011 9:40 pm

Scored a HS game this evening on my iPad. Current version of your software and IOS. A quick view of the game stats after the game looked good as I made notes for the paper. When I returned home the data is bizarre. Only the pitchers show up in any stats. The pitch by pitch data jumbles innings. Per inning scores are wrong with one inning showing negative runs scored. Scoresheet is a wreck. Am thinking serious database corruption.

If you can do an Optons->Export, and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen), we can take a look at your database. Email information to support@iscoresports.com.

What you are reporting actually sounds like what happens when a phone is between 2 cell towers, and the cell towers have different clock times set. It would cause your device to change times back and forth. We can fix this if that is what happened.

We suggest going to Settings on your Home screen, selecting General, Date & Time, and turn OFF the "Set Automatically" setting. This will avoid that type of issue.
