When looking at the stats I have 2 pitchers that have yet to give up a walk.

the K/BB ratio is 1.0

how ever it looks worse than someone has 3 K and 2 BB for a 1.5 ratio

I understand dividing by 0 is a no no. but is there a way to show it better than 1.0?

As you noted, it is really undefined until they have a walk. It has to be a number, so we figured 1.0 was better than 0.0. Anything that is put there would be wrong, but you can always look at the walks column and see the player has given up no walks so far.
