Unable to update my.iscorecentral.com

I have tried several times to export my database to my.iscorecentral.com. My iphone registers a successful export but it is not showing on website. Any ideas? Thanks guys!

My.iscorecentral.com (aka the admin site) is device specific, (unique customer id ) if you have multiple devices, be sure signing onto the correct one ( have made that mistake before)

What specificaly is not being updated, a team or a game or iscorecast? ( iscorecasts are posted by iscorecast sync, not export)

Try clearing browser cache ( less likely cause, but could be)

Let us know and we can try more..

I got a new iphone over the winter, so that could possibly be it. How do i make that adjustment? Iscorecast is getting my games, but my.iscorecentral isnt showing the new teams I have recently created and games. It also isnt giving me the "optimize" button. I did notice I have a new ID number...

You have to log in to my.iscorecentral.com using the Customer ID found on the Options->Admin Website on your device. A new device will show a new Customer ID there.

Go to 'Options' | 'Admin Website' in iScore on your device and note the device ID and password. Go to the Admin page and log in using the device ID and password you noted earlier. Let us know if you are still missing the games you scored on that device.

I am good to go now! Thanks guys. Brain fart, I was loggin into my.iscorecentral.com with an old email rather than using my user id. DUH. Thanks everyone!
