Importing From Another Device

I'm attempting to "import from website" from another ipad that kept score for a game (I'm using my ipad to do this). We've been using the program and this exact same process for a few months now and haven't had this problem before. When I login to the other ipads admin (where I'm trying to import from), I can see the game/players that I want to import. After verifying/mapping is complete, I then hit import. However, those games/stats are not importing to my ipad and not disappearing from the other ipads admin site (still showing as new data that needs to be imported). I still get the "data imported successfully" message. Please advise. Could this have anything to do with the other ipad potentially running a newer version of iscore than my ipad? I thought that only came into play when importing/exporting between ipad's and iphones, etc...... just a thought. thanks for the help!

As opposed to deleting my post, hopefully this will help others; as I've just resolved this issue. As stated in my initial post, the problem was that both units were not running the same software version. Once I updated my ipad with the newest version to match the ipad i was trying to import from, this resolved the problem.
