Ground out options not coming up

The swipe ground out options are not coming up.
I've tried rebooting but it doesn't change anything.

Three is a fix for this awaiting Apple's approval. For now, the first time you go into the scoring screen, tap the Out button, then tap Cancel, and the swipe options should work as normal after doing this.

Tried that. Still not working

Try to exit the game, reenter the game, then touch out don't swipe out. I have just tested this and it seems to work.

It seems upon entering the game if you first action is to swipe out the odd screen shows up. FTM has it fixed for the soon to be released update.
